you notice this, take a break, relax and breathe in and out

When you work from home there is a tendency to work late into
the night and also start working early in the morning. This is
stressful. To reduce stress it is important that you have a
good night’s sleep. Avoid taking coffee or other caffeinated
drinks before going to bed.

Finally a word of caution. Do not be too obsessed with your
work. It is said that “All work and no play makes Jack a dull
boy”. Always try and find a balance. Spend more time with the
family and also socialize with friends. These steps will help
you to reduce stress, enjoy and excel in doing what you love to
